Jeremy Poincenot suddenly lost his central vision at the end of 2008, first in one eye, then weeks later in the second eye.  After agonizing tests, misdiagnoses and unnecessary treatments, he finally learned that the blindness was permanent. 

Jeremy’s first hope was that there was an afterlife, because life as he knew it was over.  He soon realized that rather than dwell on what he had lost, he should focus on what remained possible. 

Jeremy re-learned the game of golf, and is now the IBGA World Blind Golf Champion.  He has become a powerful speaker, sharing his story with audiences young and old around the world, inspiring others to overcome adversity.
